Initial Comments:
Based on the findings of an offsite follow up survey completed December 15, 2022, Euphoric Care Company was found to be in compliance with the requirements of PA Code, Title 28, Health and Safety, Part IV, Health Facilities, Subpart H, Chapter 611, Home Care Agencies and Home Care Registries. The follow up survey was conducted in response to findings cited during an onsite state relicensure survey on October 24, 2022.
